			Cooking Grass-Fed Beef

- Never defrost grass-fed beef in a microwave. The meat should be thawed out in the refrigerator and then set out until the meat gets close to room temperature prior to cooking.

- Always preheat your grill, oven or pan prior to cooking.

- Because grass-fed beef is lower in fat than grain-fed beef, it cooks approximately 30% faster. Use a meat thermometer.

- Never pierce the meat with a fork or a meat hook. Use tongs to turn your meat.

- Because of the lower fat content, the meat should be coated in a healthy high smoke point oil like avocado or olive oil.

- Savor the fact that you are eating the most delicious and healthy beef on the planet!!!
